The bit that goes into the tank, here it rusts in no time. So all the used y60 you come across are wrecked because of this, and also the glowsystem.

Have you checked if the steering stop nut is in the right position on the swivel gasket? If it is wrong it could allow the wheels to turn more than the cv-joints can handle.

Hello the glowplugs are where the sparkplugs would be on a petrol engine. It can also be one of the relays for the glow system. That was the problem in mine.

here in the north we have a problem with corrosion. Everything oxidizes especially the fuel pipe thingy that goes into the tank (I really need the manual) All gq models that I've found have the same...

It is the front door, and it won't open from the inside. But the Electric Windows works so i've decided to repair something Else first :)

I have had the same issue. On my gq it was the lower bearing on the knuckle that was worn / loose.

Waiting to see which comes first, my mini pad or my manual.
