So when it's all heated up its pushed out.
And now when cold it's to much for the seal to wipe away..

If the diff is dent nothing will work.
If the axle has a worn spot you can get different seals.
First place I'd take it to is an alignment joint.
They'll be able to tell you if it's bent or not....
