Does your oil return above or below the sump oil level? Do you have a one way valve in the drain line? Does it even need one I dunno. But could it be back flow up your oil drain?

Surely that is relative to voltage drop or current resistance and if you ran sufficient enough cable then it wouldn't affect compressor output?? As I said with my 6 B&S cable voltage drop is...

I have my compressor in the rear side wing of my drawers. I get no voltage drop to there with 6 B&S cable from my aux bat. I can't see why you'd get less airflow with the compressor in the rear?
