Installed a water tank today for the GQ, I can’t think of any other way to secure it, thoughts on this way with straps?
Looks ugly but???
The tanks tapered so it sits snug against angled cargo...
Found it gents…

It’s not on their site unfortunately.
You have to visit the shop, give the clerk a wink and tap your nose not once but thrice and say extrusion.
She’ll open a door to the back room, turn left,...

Eureka!
I finally solved the nasty wobbles.
Just replaced the panhard rod bushes and it now drives like a bloody dream!
They felt fine with no movement but closer inspection showed some wear...
Thanks mate, I understand the shims and preload so they sit nicely above and below and I understand the shims purpose of machining tolerances of the knuckle in the factory but if they are the exact...
Hi Team,
I'm still playing around with trying to fix the nasty wobbles on my GQ, time is difficult lately.
I'm going to check out King Pin bearings next and I might just replace them anyway.

It really does make a heap of extra room.
Easy bolt off too

Made up a table using Phil’s donor car seat frame this weekend.
Needed to weld on a 40x40 shs at the back of frame to make it level.
This will be awesome for fridges and oven sits nicely...
Yep it does rattle a little bit on corrugations but a stubby holder shoved in works a treat.

Nah they were pretty cheap really off Ebay and it would of cost me more to try and make these myself.
I'm loving the channel underneath for an extended table/chopping board slide out too.
Will do tonight for ya.
The old girl is getting a makeover over the next few months.
Just installed some new tables for the barn doors.
There’s a channel under the tables where I’ll make a slide out extending chopping...
I thought that too but the two new tyres were on two new rims as well.
I’m going to drive it like this for a month to see what happens.
It just doesn’t make sense and the last thing I want is...
Yeah but they are the same tyres just on opposite sides now and two brand new tyres unused had the same wobbles, it doesn’t make sense.

As some of you know I have been experiencing violent death wobbles ever since our trip back home from Licola and I have tried everything to fix it.
I recently put two brand new balanced tyres on...
Yep I have a 77 too and also wanting to go higher I think.
My bloody death wobbles have come too, borderline not drivable so gotta fix this before Licola.
