Upgraded from the basic silver tent to the coleman darkroom tent (so I can snooze in the arvos without needing the hat over my head:) )...
Recently went to Scenic Rim Adventure Park again. I do like this park for a day trip. Owners are very nice people. Got to the old cottage opened th door and lots of little bats came flying over head.
Any updates on these. Seem to get great reviews initially but have heard long term lugs get torn off. So anyone still running them and can comment ???
Too late now, but they ran out of tyres a while ago for common sizes.
Pricing was actually normal, i.e. not upping the price then doing 4 for the price of 3 as some do. Basically it was a clear...
Been there done that with the conversion. Didn't want to try 3 times lucky with a ZD. I wanted a TD but have an Auto so it wasn't as straight forward and no one really had a decent TD around at the...
Man how'd you get them that low. Mines on average 21/100 - granted the right foots never learnt to lighten up in 2 years, but when I do try and be gentle it consumes the same anyway.

Have heard good things about the Maxtrek M/T's, however no long term usage (apart from Chubba's post above). I see you have the A/T, which normally should be better in the wet than a M/T. Sounds like...
I looked at these a few months back as well, didn't bother buying as pretty much all reviews said they were death traps so thought I'd pass.
Here's a Camping/4WD'ing one that's pretty good and family orientated.

Though more trips away than in the backyard playing in the mud/rock...
Ohhh I have a million of these, that'll teach me for getting too busy :(
That is a valid point. Does have Flexy Coils to avoid that extra high lift look + spacers (and plated), 3 lots of LED lights, so only 1/2 the sun. More than a stock, but no-where near a monster truck...
Yikes - ok, think I'll stick with 33's then (maybe the police on the southside of Brissie are nicer)
Must have been real bad as he never made it back :P
Hey All QLD'ers

I take the Ouch back, or I apply to myself. $4K as well with heavy duty this and that so it can easily handle the V8.
Going the rebuild route as spoke to some with 6 speed experience and said it's...
Yeah the LS1 only went in in June and breather was fine then. But yeah will look at that teflon solution.
Yeah thinking 6 speed, drove one a couple weeks back while it was being programmed.
$4K...
She's got an LS1
Went for a lovely drive through Keyholes on Straddie on the weekend, but turned out I had a split in my breather hose so my transmission fluid became a lovely strawberry milkshake :1092:
