Checked the battery finally and was reading 11.3 when the engine was on with the heater and fans off.

That being said would replacing the regulator help fix this rather than the whole alternator?...

On a shoestring budget with minimal tools and even less knowledge. Found a winch bullbar for a reasonable amount from reasonable bloke who said the bullbar from the 07 will not fit my 2002 GU III....

thanks guys, will have the panhard rod shipped over. Hopefully, that should get rid of the wobble. If not, I believe inspecting swivel hub shims and king pin bearings would be in order.
