fuck old bolts :) exhaust is off without cuting any of it :) lpg tank is out, engine periphials, wiring, radiator efi shit etc etc, got codes off shockers, its got a tuff dog 2 inch lift front and...

plan today is strip the TB, remove exhaust, fuel tank, gas tank, fuel and gas lines, and engine maybe the rear diff and wheels as well, got 3 days in a row of 31C and working in a brick garage, beer...

another issue, height from roof to ground is 1850mm i susoect a 4 inch lift is in it

from what ive been told, the td42 did not comeout with an auto ?

So Im set up to do the change over this week, just called an engineer in Geelong and he has suggested asking if anyone has had issues with vehicle exhaust emmisions? during a TB42 to TD42 change...

reading reading so many threads on how to do this, I'm writing down all the issues so I can hopefully avoid them

Thanks mudski, yep having the donor makes it cheaper, I can cut wiring loom sections out and graft them in, lots of posts on here exolaining how others have done it so should be ok 👍🍻
