Nicely done. I've been thinking of doing something similar using one of the displays from 4d systems which would almost fit a normal instrument cluster.

800 city, 1k offroad of thereabouts. Depends on how many cruisers are in the party.
I've already got the 70l sub tank so a 95l would probably be ample for now. The LPG range has gone from bad to worse, and I refuse to spend more on it beyond ripping the bloody thing out.
I've...
I'll be doing the same over winter. Just debating how big a tank to install in the rear.
Had any issues with lpg the removal?
My 8 year old just beat the crap out of me in a game of chess, showing a significant leap in problem solving and analytical thought.
I couldn't be happier.
:)
Just got back from a week up Barrington tops. Fantastic trip, had a blast and the car performed extremely well with the new tyres and suspension.
Couldn't be happier. :D
I just replaced the iron man shocks as well. The rear went earlier than I would have expected. Ome now.
Unsolicited = spam
Took a quick run up a little track today, much better on the suspension. It is a little hard on the arse as it is setup for towing, but very capable. While it was expensive I got exactly what I...
Get one of the $49 chromecast sticks and stream netflix to your TV. Works an absolute trick and streams directly, you can start the streaming from any smart phone or PC.
I prefer the ctek. I especially like the feature where it switches to charge the main battery when the aux is full.
Looks like it would be the rear seal on the crankshaft.
I believe it can be replaced without pulling out the engine, the gearbox will need to come out though. I'm sure somebody more...
I'm happy. Yes I spent more than was necessary, but at the moment I'm time poor and would really prefer spending the time I have on a track somewhere. There's also the case that the only place I...
Suspension work done, and the car is sitting level again, yay! The rear springs were really bad and simply didn't cope with the addition of all the gear I've added to the car. Driving home it was...
Getting the springs, shocks and caster bushes replaced with OME. The shocks and springs are worn and the caster correction had never been done.
Looking forward to the Barrington tops trip in a...
Suspension is seriously sagging on the drivers side. Just ordered new springs and shocks from ARB, the same price I was quoted elsewhere for a known brand.
I was going to go to Bendethera on a club trip. Unfortunately due to lack of interest we don't have enough cars for the trip :(
I'm taking the kids to Barrington tops for a week over their school...
Don't put to much faith in the inspection. My car was cleared with no significant issues on inspection. 3 months later I had a new radiator/engine/LPG converter and a lot of moula out of pocket.
There's also a number of God mods for the 4.8. The next time I'm due for a clutch be getting the 5th gear upgraded alongside a reduction gear in the transfer case.
I love the car. LPG is a false...
Finally got on a club trip which are usually booked out or to long for me to go to on with work and all. Invited my old man and paid his airfair as an offroad trip is on his bucket list, and we don't...
LPG is the only issue on the 4.8's. Unless the engine is properly setup it can prematurely age them, I know of several including mine where the engine was end of life in the early to mid 200000km.

On LPG?
I had similar problem. I eventually found the house connectors on a joiner/splitter installed to route got water to the LPG converter was leaking onto the exhaust manifold.

They don't need the stove to explode. Overkill in a Jeep imho
No issues here cuppa. My only concern is doing something with the cylinders I have as leaving then to rust, or ditching them in the trash, are simply not an option.
I'll be careful and use up the cylinders I have, then dispose of the stove. There is no other way to safely dispose of the canisters of gas.
I've got my eye on one of the dual fuel jobbies as a...
