Blame the 2 foot child Winnie...lol
Spewing I can't be there gents!!!!
Yeah ok, it's just Winnie is still using his Alt vac too so he still has to run that to the firewall with rubber hose and across the firewall hard pipes to rubber hose junction along with a custom...
Awesome!
Are you running double vac though?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yep I've always wanted to experiment with larger canisters/storage etc...

Ok cool! It's a hard line across the firewall so vac distance shouldn't make a difference or very minimal but either way mate go for it!
Just make sure you utilise double vac though mate.
...
All above correct, I assume blue circle is correct but I just used red circle as my old turbo set up coolant feed line was there and it made sense to keep it rather than new line.

Good score mate!
That's perfect!
Why do you want to relocate though?
If I was you I would get a new o ring, install pump and block vac outlet for now and use old alternator vac and later on...
Block has oil drain fitting yeah?

Did you buy a vac pump Winnie?
Didn't come with the vac feed to other side?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Lol yep I forgot about that yeah that spot is correct for feed, sorry bro!

The vac pump does not need any feed or drain. The pump mounts to rear of timing case and uses oil in there to lube gear.

Yep same mate. Well there you go hey mate, contamination, how the hell did it get in???
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hopefully Matty can shimmer in but your burn marks to me look good but no idea on the soot on number 2. It was number 2 that went yeah?

Is that first photo untouched and after that you wiped them clean?

Are you going to use the silver top rocker?
Put that on for sure!

Thats awesome mate, freshest TD42T in Moe :)
Time to strip that engine mate and slowly plug away in the shed ensuring all gaskets and glue are off the bolt ons and clean them all up.
That was...
Bugger Winnie, that just shouldn't have happened with your set up, really keen to find out what the hell happened!!!!

You're car is done mate, drives really good, you'll love it!!! I was kind of having a relapse moment driving home so I'll let you give it some roostering rather than me old chap ;)
It started straight away this morning with ease.
Dropped off at Diesel Tec Mr Winnie....
I don't like driving other people's pride and joys mate in case something goes wrong.
Was a bit of a tennis game driving this home watching every single gauge Winnie has but I was actually...
Cruised home at 0 to 15 psi, drives nice Matty, once on 20 psi overtaking a muppet with a car approaching on my desired lane and it had some go.
25? I thought you said 45!!!
Your steering wheel isn't aligned straight but mine was like that and I don't mind it actually. Easy one hand rest on corner when cruising...lol
