im running maxxis bighorns atm, 33x12x15, thinking about changing to an a/t tyre....

33'x12.5x15 maxxis bighorns, 15x8 rims, 4" lift dobbo med rate coils, efs xtreame shocks,running front tyre pressures at about 28 psi, rears at 26psi unloaded, ive ran these pressures
with two sets...

front centre has a lock right lokka in it, good condition,

atm im running bighorn mt, as i said above i have play tyres, its just one of those things, at or mt??????? just getting peoples real life comparos...

ive had the patrol for 10yrs now so not in a hurry to down grade, its apart of the family.... just seeing if i can squeeze a bit more economy out of the old girl, always been a mt tyre on my patrol...

All rounder tyres really, i have 35" play tyres, getting into more touring nowadays..

as per title, ive heard tyre shops say, change to an a/t tyre and you will get better fuel economy????

all im trying to acheive primaraly is to try and even out the heat from been directed at the centre two pistons, hopefully this will just limit the congestion of hot air compared to the standard...

have not take mine off yet, wont be doing it till next weekend. im away working.
