Important Notice
It is with great disappointment that we must announce that delays in some of the processes, essential to making the event a success, have left us with no alternative but to postpone the 2014 Convoy for SIDS and Kids WA.
These delays were beyond the control of Western Patrol Club Inc., SIDS and Kids WA and anyone else involved at the forefront of the organisation of the event and totally unforeseen.
We are working incredibly hard to resolve the last of the issues but can safely say that we are almost there. The event will still proceed and all prizes, donations and registrations will remain valid, although refunds will be offered to those who have already paid their registration if they cannot be present on the new date.
After talks with Motorplex today, Sunday the 5th of October 2014 is the new proposed date. However, this will hinge on approvals from Venues West.
Further updates will be posted/sent out as they are available. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope we can count on your continued support to make this one of the biggest and best 4WD related events in WA.
