but the light works great :)
Drove it ... and smiled a lot ... lol

Got a 3" straight through exhaust fitted on my 4.2tdi today! Oohhhh yess that sweet sweet sound!!
i found some rust in my gutters, so i scraped it all out and prepped it to be bogged next week when my car gets painted
Not so much today, but for the last week or so,
Have been restoring the tray, all the hinges, rope rails and other bits had all corroded and looked like crap so removed everything and resprayed with killrust paint then fitted all new stainless bolts. Whilst everything was off polished the ally with cutting compound and superfine steel wool.

Also replaced both side mirrors, this time though instead of a couple of crappy self tapping screws, I used Stainless Steel bolts to reattach them(much thanks to the wife, as I couldn't reach up into the top part of the door, due to my large manly arms:))

And lastly, this I did do today, replaced the exterior window seals both sides, I was sick of every time I wound down the windows it sounded like I was strangling a cat.

Sweet looking tray mate, looks brand new:-)
currently fixing the cancer in the engine bay, will flick a pic up when done
Cleaned 15 years of grime off the interior hood lining, I wouldn't say it's like new but at least I don't feel soiled every time I hop in the truck. I also cleaned all the vents and repaired them so all the fins move when you move the centre one. What a fiddly bloody job that was.
Now cracking the top off a very chilly stubby, I reckon I've earned it.
