VSCCS - Vehicle Safety Compliance Certification Scheme

This may be the wrong thread for me to post this here, BUT,
At the risk of being labeled the resident conspiricy theorist, there are a number of things that need to be cleared up on this subject.
First is that many people consider that Julia Gillard is doing a !$#%&* of a job. The truth is that she is doing a magnificent job. The problem is that WE think that she is working for us, the Australian nation.
The truth here is that she works for a belligerent foreign corporation called The Australian Government Corporation, which has an ABN and is registered on the Washington DC securities exchange. If you need some tangible evidence of that, look at what you have been led to believe is the "Australian Coat Of Arms".........which bears an emu and a kangaroo thereon. This appears on all gov. communications.
Consider then that the Commonwealth Of Australia Constitution Act 1901, which requires a referendum to modify or set it aside, carries a lion and a unicorn on it's coat of arms. It also declares the Queen ( the then Queen Victoria and all her heirs and successors) as the absolute head of government, and all laws require her/his assent to become law; further consider that Gough Whitlam in 1973, applied to Queen Elizabeth II of the house of Windsor, to set asside the 1901 act, and She refused (She does not constitute a referendum), so Whilam did it anyway, and installed the "Australian Constiution". Which is the constitution of the corporation AND IS TREASON!
Clearly therefore since HRM Queen Elizabeth is NOT head of the board She has not assented to any law since at least 1973. All laws since 1973 are irrelevent.
