Looking for Turbo Kit for 1994 Nissan Patrol, Y60, RD28T

I can't find the part that fits my particular model. Can anyone provide me with some advice? I live in Ethiopia, which is where I have the vehicle, but travel semi-frequently to Europe and North America and can have shipped to a location there.

I actually don't know if I need the whole kit. I'm don't know enough auto-mechanics myself and my garage here in Ethiopia just tells me that the Turbo is old and weak and leaks oil. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
