Interesting read, not that I could find anything in my speed read of the drafts about rangers having made submission that decisions on park use and track closures can be done without consulting the public (the users of these parks and tracks).

Help Please... there is some under handed work going on in Western Victoria. Rangers have made submission that decisions on park use and track closures can be done without consulting the public (the users of these parks and tracks). Please read:

This a dangerous plan and its about giving power to rangers not the people. Please send what you expect and want with in your crown land.
Access /No road tracks closed without consulting the public. Fishing Camping Hunting, it is all about access.

Look after Portland, Heywood and Casterton Districts and do not have Rangers Graham Parkes and Don Tumney telling us they don't have to listen to the public on Plans.

If this goes through they will try it in other places.
