Mud flaps. Need mudflaps but want 5hem removable. So a fair bit of thought and they will be a 1 bolt removal and a second tube will go in to act as a brace when there is no mudflaps in the bush. Going to be awesone.
I had to cut this off and finish it off.

I made the end plates and welded captured nuts in place

All painted up and ready for the mudflaps.
So these plates will be welded to the chassis with the stub of inner tube.

The outer ring is welded to some angle iron to hold the mudflap.

The passenger side was a bugger because of the factory exhaust mount in the way damn it. Flipped and sorted.

So i decided i wanted to make an alternate brace bar to mount when offroad so a side hit will have some support.

While i had the welder out i also made the bump stop plate bigger as when i e tended them years ago i made it too small and the bumps slipped off the side.
Easy fix while the wheel was off.
90x90 angle welded on top of the box i welded on last time.

Sweet, how will the exhaust go scrubbing wise with the 37s. . Looks like they scrubbed a little on the bend, mine do with a bit of flex. . Pretty easy fix if need be i guess. .
