I put my old rear Superflex sway bar in the soft roader. Having the factory sub tank made the drivers side bracket a monumental pain in the arse to install

@MudRunnerTD Mate, your Beast needs these too Brother [emoji120][emoji106][emoji106]
I’m assuming Ben Suspension Legend had this rear Superior installed up his ‘Champion Link TK’ video climb?

Yes I bought a GU. Its only a soft roader. Legal lift, mufflers, sway bars. It's for real legal and road worthy and will pretty much remain fairly close to that. I need to build it a bit before it gets a build thread.

Time for some legal highway work runs soon so bought Golden Oldie some fresh boots:
BFG All Terrain KO2’s 33 x 12.5 R15 (previous models, soon to be discontinued like my beloved KM2 Mud series already gone)

Some fresh new Dynamic tough and safe steelies too for only $95 a piece so spoilt the old truck with some fresh new matching black nuts as well [emoji23]

Finished packing & prepping our Patrol (& Tvan) for our forthcoming trip up the Cape. Leaving Saturday via Chillagoe. Excitement (mixed with a little apprehension) is building. Will be on the Old Coach Road on Sunday.
Chasing a slight wobble at 70-80kph. Nipped up the passenger side wheel bearing, and replaced the steering damper. The new one does not feel as solid as the old one, but it seemed to get better after a few pumps. Hopefully it will bed in with use.
Took it for a test run and its worse. I'll give it a week and if it doesn't settle down I'll take the bastard back. I hate having to do a job 3 times.

FWIW: The first time I’ve ever owned 12.5” wide Road/All Terrain type tyres, always them widths have been M/T chunkier piercing off-road variants.
Wet local windy highway early this morning (shithouse road maintenance with decent puddles galore) managed to slightly step out the front and arse end ‘Aquaplaning’ [emoji51]
Lucky I drive like a daily Grandpa in the massive 70rwkw TD42 and hoping they’ll prove their worth on some drier highways and bull dust/sand flat width one day soon [emoji1696]
