Its cordless. Doesn't say how many volts though. Maybe get an inverter and use a 240v, then you have an inverter for other things if ever needed.

Brilliant. It was either post it here or the "what made you happy today?" thread.
This weekend at Repco. 30% Off store wide for tools and parts. RACV Members.
I bought my last UHF during one of these sales. Good time to buy oil filters and air filters. Will grab some head light globes too.

Was kindly gifted these ‘Twist N Stay’ wacky things many years ago and quietly thought then “where on earth will I ever use these gimmicks”

So was in Jaycar today grabbing some stuff for running a 3rd battery into the yhe back of the GU. "Have you got blade fuses?" Yeah heaps. All good. "We have re-settable ones!!!" No way!!!
Have you ever been chasing an electrical issue and tested and retested blowing 10amp fuses fault finding?? I have! Plenty of times. Blow 5 or 10 pretty quick chasing a fault in a parker light circuit of a patrol!!!
This Is The Shit!!!! $5

With my electrical knowledge that's a must have.

If it is resettable, then it is really a circuit breaker rather than a fuse. By definition, a fuse melts (fuses) so cannot be reset.
When chasing a short in a 12V circuit try replacing the fuse with fairly high wattage lamp such as the high beam portion of an old headlight bulb. Under normal conditions the circuit will function normally (as long as it is not a very heavy load), but when the short is present the bulb will light. It's not too difficult to make up a simple setup using an old fuse or some suitable sized tags to fit in the fuse holder.
