New Member - Old GU :)

Hi All,
New member to the forum but I have an old 4500 ST GU Patrol (Island Blue). We bought it new in 1999 in prep for a round Australia Trip in 2000 (21,000KMS). Awesome. The truck has had many other adventures over the years but is now getting old and just had to have the head replaced. It got a pin hole from the water jacket into the intake. Not rusted or corroded. Go figure. I think it was an original manufacturing fault that had a thin wall and wore through. Now I am looking at the rust I have. It is mainly down the passenger side front pillar. Looks like water has got in through the gutter channel.
Anyway, I need this forum as I am starting the task of bringing the Patrol back up to new and there are heaps of small jobs to be done where I will need help.
