Westy or the Ferret do them depending on what style suits you.
Think he means the one in the centre of the wheel, not sure if they do that type, PM them to find out, if not Milky bar worx does them, also in vendors section

Tyre is fine, choose straight or off set. Depends if you carry jack on your spare. Ebay has some good pics from Ferrets product.

Saw the ferret stuff, the downfall is they only suit upto a 33 inch tyre, know anyone else?
