Wanted, Drivers door to fit 1992 GQ Y60 ute,

Looking for a complete door including interior door card, handle and window winder, preferably a white door. I have spoken to a few wreckers with no luck, have been told a door from a wagon will fit but the ute has the mirrors mounted differently so not keen on trying to mount ute mirror on wagon door. Also then what do I put where the wagon mirror is removed from in the front corner of the door. Not keen on the doors not matching if I fitted a door of a wagon with the mirror issue. Any help/advice would be great.
