I think you would find them very approachable, ask for Greg. He is the owner and super salesman, but he wont shut you down.

Update as promised, although a day late.
Technically, nothing has been done, however, the workshop is in the progress of being reorged for the work.
I'll be convinced when I see progress, or I'll be looking elsewhere...
that is all.
Update time.
It has started,
Engine out, engine bay being prepped, firewall is having shiny heat shield/sound deadened material fitted.
Hydroboost brake booster is going in.
Looking forward for trial fitment of engine and gearbox as I want to see the oilpan to diff clearance.
The 6.5 blocks lack a trans mounting bolt at the 12 o'clock position, I'll be putting one on with a "beaming bracket" that will bolt on and pick up the mounting hole on the trans.
I'll post pics when I checkout progress this week.
that is all
Hi all, currently puting together a turbo kit for my gu 6.5 and looking for a decent large top mount intercooler. BD ones are too small imo and the cross country set ups are $2500. Any recomendations?
Cheers
Jump onto the Aussie P400 Optimiser facebook page - quite a few guys on there that have done the yards you will benefit from.
Update time:
Engine is together after the gear drive and fluid damper update.
Trans is trial fitted to engine and "beaming bracket" design has commenced.
Existing engine mounts removed from chassis, and new brackets are next to go on.
I'm keen to see the engine in "the hole" to assess the exhaust and fan to radiator clearances.

Alright, time for an update:
The engine has been trial fitted into the engine bay and positioned as per the Marks adaptors bits.
I'm not happy with the location, so, the position will be revised approx 35 to 50mm rearwards to allow additional clearance to the radiator.
From my understanding, this is a common problem.
There appears to be plenty of room to move at the rear of the engine, with the drivers side cylinder head to dash panel being 70ish mm gap at the moment.
Interestingly the upper pulley seems rather high.....
I'll be looking into the oilpan to front diff clearance to see if I can lower the motor.
that is all.

Beautiful Stuff Ralph mate!
Huge work both your good self and PeeBee are putting in, Legendary Blokes!
Please do massively consider as you’re already above onto front diff clearance to P400 sumps mate.
Higher power, hotter oil, originally were designed about 3.0L too less IMHO nuffy opinion mate!
