Do that here in Vic and the Highway fuzz will be handing over a defect notice straight away.

Yes, its ambiguous in VIC for sure. The VSB covering light bars states they are allowable as long as they dont protrude past the bullbar profile, in itself a point of contention when BB are normally laid backwards towards the bonnet, but if they dont stick past the edge of the BB they are OK, however it is ultimately up to Const PLOD as to whether in his assessment they pose a 'dazzle issue' for oncoming traffic. He is free to make this determination if they are off as well. For that reason I purchased black out plastic covers for my roofrack mounted lightbar and will unclip when off the main traffic highways. I also went the ARB Intensity lightbar on the premise these guys would have looked into the detail before launching a product like theirs onto the world market.
Picked the GQ project up from the 4WD Shed team during the week, the BlackHawk front radius arms have certainly achieved what I was hoping for greater 35” guard clearance as my 40mm chop still wasn’t enough.

It’s definitely back Mate, have been ripping my hair out today trying to get the big custom forward sub tank plumbed up again. It was a gravity fed faithful system with a ball valve that was positioned exactly where the Superior ute plate rear tower brace now sits.
A 15 minute job with Pirtek new parts collected during the week somehow turned into about 5 hours [emoji23]

From the other tool thread, this was the final solution for the final problem encountered out of about 6 others [emoji23]

And yes, I’ve voided my Superior warranty with some intricate underside grinding works [emoji23]
FWIW: GQ coily utes rear main tank filler stubs are approximately 3mm greater diameter than GU coily utes filler stubs some bloody how [emoji2959]

Nothing so exciting, just oils, fluids, filters, greases, draining catch can and getting rid of the rest of the Watagans forest track mud from underneath that the K'Archer missed. Gotta love old tricks even when 3/4 of it is new:wink:
@MB...now that is a use for bolt cutters I would have never dreamed up:smiley_thumbs_up:
