Fitted the fuel flowmeters and computer today, no correlation between the programming instructions and whats on the actual screen, completly different so a call to the vendor required to get it set up.
Removed the original Safari Snorkle and cut the hole for the new SS 4" unit. Its not a pretty outcome as the original hole cut by ARB is huge for reasons unknown, and the 3 off mounting holes, they are at least 22mm dia for m10 bolts - I understand they don't have time for fancy fitting up, but this is disgraceful to be honest. In fairness I guess you would never see them, but I can see the damn things now! I have fitted black rubber grommets and its acceptable, but the bigger hole under the 4" bend is going to be a panel beaters job I reckon. Quite a cavity below the elbow, makes me wonder how the likes of Patrol a part and Millweld sort this out.
