Finally finished the twin ARB compressor install under the pax seat. What a pain that was to do.And moved the fire extinguisher from under the left front seat to the right front.

After a lot of frigging around the front bearings and pads have been replaced and the disks skimmed.
Day 1, Took the disks in... We need the hubs
Day 2, Took the disks in with the hubs... We need the bearings removed
Day 3, Took the disks in with the hubs but the bearings removed... We need the bearing outer still in the hub
Day 4, Took the outers in with a pile of tools and belted the farking outers back in!... No worries mate they will be ready in an hour.
So it went from a $40.00 disk skim because there was some brake shimmy to a $628.00 parts only recondition.
The pads were about 25%, the dust groove was worn away. As I had to remove the bearings and seals it was probably wise to replace them.
It's done 235K and as far as I know not been done so probably falls into preventative maintenance.
So now the beer tastes great!
I would've started up ending people after day 3 !
It's a 35klm return trip to town, try to only go into town once a week if that. To do 3 extra trips was a PITA especially driving the wifes Lancer as mine was on stands in the shed!
I'll know for next time LOL.
