Avo, Licola is at 300m approx, it won't snow down there, but would get down around 5 deg at night I guess, maybe a bit cooler. Up on the mountain where the crew heads is about 1300m. It can be very mild if the sun is out, tee shirt stuff, but if its windy and snowing, minus 5 - minus 10 with wind chill would not be unexpected. If its really crap, lower than that.
You will need a beanie for sure, plus 'layers' of cloths are best. We wont be standing around in the rain, so a wind proof jacket with some degree of waterproofing would be best to counter melting snow. Boots preferred over sandshoes/runners and gloves of some description for warmth - if you get into a snow fight and the gloves get wet, they will be cactus. I am guessing the group might be able to rabbit around for some of this stuff you might never wear again. The wind will be your enemy up there but it could be bright and sunny and you get sunburnt - just can't tell.
Hope this helps.
Thanks hepas peebee...yeah ok have good wind jackets.....might just have to put the snow bunny outfits aside then....do a little shoppibg when i get over there maybe....oh are we having a onezee parry?
