Redarc Customer Support
I have a Redarc low coolant alarm in the radiator. I have misplaced the actual heat sensor electrical connector, so made contact with Redarc as I could only buy a kit containing a number of items for $80. I only need the clip. Customer service told me the clip was not avail individually but supplied me with the names of 4 spares places where I could buy one. So headed out today in 33 Deg heat and not one had seen one, not stocked, goodbye. I went back to Redarc with the message and was told, well that a surprise as they have bought them from NARVA in the past - Narva not on the list, so followed the link supplied and it is for a totally different clip and avail only in a pack of 100 for $60. So back to Redarc to give them the feedback. Finally they decided to supply me the entire $80 kit for free, including postage - unbelievable customer service. Maybe these guys are worth the extra dollars they charge? Anyway, its a good news story and customer service came thru for a change.

Got an email today to say it had been dispatched. Very impressed to say the least. I did hook the old controller up today with a jumper wire onto the terminal in the tank header, but its squawking its head off saying the tank is low level, which it isn't so maybe the swap out of the entire kit is what I really need? Anyway, it has been a journey with a good outcome for a change.

Yep Redarc’s CS is second to none. I lost the wire clip that holds the loom plug onto the water temp sensor. I phoned them up and the guy I spoke to said he had a spare loom on his desk with the clip in needed. He sent the entire loom out free of charge! I insisted that I at least pay for postage but he refused.
Best company I have ever dealt with.
