Probably too late, but my ute came with a second Reese hitch welded on at the back and a simple spare holder fabricated that slots in to it.

The tray is apparently 2200 long (I haven't measured it) so 200mm shorter than standard.
The chassis is standard length, so I'd guess that as the cab extension is about 300mm, then there...
