recon box cost $2100 td42 recond with turbo up grade inc injectors + pump +exhaust manafold +turbo...

That sound about right and yes it's up for the grunt the 4.2 is only a little bit more power. Thay still use the gear box for Ls1 and chev 6.5 ltr conversions
