Can’t really help if it’s a big problem but I’d be cleaning it all up with some degreaser and a brush. That way you have a better judge on how long it takes to seep out.
This one is a round plug so I'll see how it goes.

I've not used their kit however I did get a gas strut from a caravan place and it works well.
I have their winch as well as a side awning. I run an ARB rear awning and there's no noticeable quality difference.

I had one installed on Saturday and had replacement 4.11 diff centers put in at the same time. I got to the mechanic at 7 and was gone by 1 and that was putting the back center in also. Didn't look...
Changed the diff ratio from 3.54 to 4.11 and added a front locker whilst they were out.
More additions. Pretty much done.

Going away next weekend and still haven't had time to finish my wooden battery box. So I decided to move the arc one across to the other side and extend all the wiring, a job that that had to be done...

I've installed both rear and side awnings, I just find the rear one handy for coverage when using the rear shelf or just a bit of shade on the pit stops. ...
