Update :I have managed to get the specs from Denco diesel and it is tdc,no wonder it wont start,that guy at Cornells has given me a bum steer,cheers.

If you need to flush oil from the radiator and cooling system,use handy andy dish washing liquid,works well,we use it on the trucks at work,good luck.

just an update,i decided to pull the pump off and get it checked out,the result is it is worn out and its cost $1900 for total rebuild (ouch!) ah well i know i will get a lot more ks out of the old...
