Keeping the Walhalla theme.....
Hahaha I can just imagine a bunch of greenies charging into a hells angels bar yelling about leather and how well that would go for them :-P
Is that the pair I gave you Luke? Pay it forward I like it!
They are just halogens but decent lights and the right price :-P hope they serve you well
Went out chasing deer yesterday arvo, no luck at all very few signs around also. But nailed this little two for one walking out, fox with a freshly caught rabbit! 308 was a bit of overkill but keeps...
They just have a bad habit of consuming oil and also a injector pump costs $20k!
There is some good info here on a full air suspension setup, worth checking out for some ideas:

Clearly they have enough money, should get a better trailer for it!
Seems I am not the only one keen to get out camping/4x4ing more in 2015, also I am making it a resolution to not buy from the big chains where possible (woolies/coles in particular) and spending my...
So good to hear mate and I am in awe of the forum community and its generosity.
Just got back from a few days up in the high country, didn't grab many pics but Crate went awesome! Wish I did the brakes and 4.6 diff ratios earlier, they have made a world of difference.
First...
Also I noticed on patrol4x4 Marks are also doing 63% reduction gears. They have a group buy going atm. Would be the reduction I would get, 43% is not quite low enough imo esp in auto downhill.
Anyone else seen this? Great show on foxtel and up on youtube:

This is the second time I have heard of doing that this week, never knew about it before! Certainly a good budgeting trick good on you mate for sharing.
If the radiator is not hot enough there is no need for the fan to turn on, even if the ac is on, hence the switch! That switch sounds like it has a very low activation temp? Coolant operating temp...
From memory its M14 x 1.5 and it should have the temp range marked on it, I will check and see if i still have it in the morning.
Yeah you could be right about that, I don't have ac! But if you are going to replace the engine fan with thermos maybe you can use it anyway?
Happy Birthday George! Hope someone else is cooking the spit for you today and good work on the gun license there is a few of us getting them recently!
There is a threaded bung in the drivers side of the radiator on the back that you can put a temp switch in. I got one from a 3 series bmw that turns on at 92 deg and off at 87. I use this to turn the...

Use a strip of Aluminium instead of washers, doesn't need to be as wide as mine but will support the flare nicely.
Dab of sika on the rivet will seal up the hole also and help prevent rust.
Looks great Winnie, did that get rid of the rear quarter damage BA did?
These are the type I have and I assume smoothrun has also, larger latch and it locks in and out.

Not a fan of drop radius arms personally, the only thing that really corrects a radius arm geometry (and castor angle) after a suspension lift is drop boxes. The reasoning behind this is that it...
I know where you are coming from Smoothrun, the only thing I can think of is that Rossco and Winnie have set up their slides so that the drawer closes before the locking slide locks? Otherwise they...
Yeah I know the feeling Darren, so many choices, I am looking at a 30-06 also my current favourite is a Tikka T3 though, have you tried one?
Here is my effort Friday/Sat with a borrowed 308 howa...
