Make sure your tps is adjusted properly. Should be at about .4 to .45 volts at idle. Then adjust the screw on the back of the manifold until idle is about 650.

Not sure of your set up but turn the tank off at the tank first, undo to remove.
Then remove everything gas only related, you may need to block some hoses
with bolts till you can replace them,...

If you have the room to move.
pouring hot water over something stuck can loosen things up.
even hot 1 half and cold the other half

If you do mud or any water crossings wouldn't touch thermos more problems than what they are worth

It's pretty easy, I did mine a couple of months ago - didn't take any oics though.
You just take the fan off the engine - 4 bolts.
Take the 4 bolts out of the fam assemblt itself and it splits...

I rebulit the fan on my RB30s - got the oil from ford - cant remeinber the P/N - Had to get two tubes of it.

The one I rebuilt had bolts that let me pull it apart. - made a big differance.

I have the TB45E, the clutch in that is a sealed unit, not rebuildable. Have heard of people drilling holes into them, changing oil and sealing back up though. Ended up working out mine was still...

They unbolt and seperate and you can buy the silicon oil from toyota.
Or hobby shops that sell remote control cars sell it as well a lot cheaper but not sure if it is the same stuff grade etc or if...

X3 for bendix pads here to mate, they are especially good when used on a unfaced/unmachined rotor.

However, our workshop has been using the new Repco branded pads (essentially reboxed ferodo pads)...

i USE THE bENDIX 4X4 DB123 pads they work fine and last a while I do a lot of city driving and I tow a heavy trailer without brakes on the trailer and i get around 120k out of my pads not bad...

If it was I'd find another or at least ask this person how this problem should be remedied....... (that would prove to be interesting)
