I use a 2000kg trolley jack and it lifts my Patrol easily. I use 5 ton axle stands for height/clearance.
Got them from TradeTools ages ago.

To fit them we used a piece of 3mm steel and a length of 25mm2 box section

The side closest to the centre console only requires the 3mm plate...

They only just touch on the arm rests on the doors (power window type).

I went from 31x10.50 to 32x11.50 to now 33x12.50.
I only do beach work.
To do the same track at the same speed with the same throttle amount,
the 31s were at 15-18 psi
the 32s were at 18-20 psi ...

Yeah the common rail version has been out for a while, my TD42 hasn't noticed.

After the beach I use the garden hose all over/under the Patrol then go to the car wash; hand wash followed by pressure under/over the 4wd.

The difference between GL-4 and GL-5 is huge in these boxes, as mentioned, GL-5 wears on the brass components in both the RD28/RB30 and TB42/TD42 boxes, it also makes it very hard to select gears.
