Glasshouse does indeed have a lot to offer.
You can go anywhere in forestry, as long as there's no signage saying keep out (which means they are working with logging equipment there).
You can...
Had the DP chip installed today and dyno run done before and after, result from fitting DP chip was a 20kw gain at the wheels with a conservative setting on there dyno, from the short test runs there...
In May this year up in the high country I stopped for a lunch break and when I went to move the truck (GU Series 3 4.2 Turbo Diesel) forward to level ground it wouldn't start. Bit odd I thought, and...
The bolts that hold the fuel filter on a TD42 are 8mm x 1.25.
I stripped one yesterday and had to retap it.
Mate in a similar situation what I done, is visit the nut 'n bolt shop, and just asked the bloke if I can try some guess sizes till I found one that fits, then bought them.
Do you mean bolts??? hard to say as I dont have one but M8 ???? actually looks more like M6
Just take one out from somewhere not vital and go to you local bolt bloke.
Hi Folks,
I have some exciting news for the forum and for the members here!
I have been in discussions with Patrolapart for around 12 months now on how we can form an alliance to help each...
Like Col.T said it looks to clean to engine oil, might be power steering fluid. Better pics from top near the source of the leak would help.
You need to clean it all and then work out where its coming from mate....... no good trying to guess where when its like that!!
give it a good degrease and start again looking for the first signs of leak
yeh the mechanic will say you need a new engine
G'day Adam,
is it sump oil (looks too clean) or can you tell by feel/smell whether it's coolant or say clutch fluid?
Are all your fluid levels stable? Any idea what the tube/line is. I've been too...
It could be the hose with the genuine hoseclip leaking, see of it's loose.

Another thing is has a petroleum sort of smell that was there for a year nearly. Didn't worry me but in a family car or your lady doesn't like it you will have a problem.
I did use that stuff, not sure how effective it was and was a bit disappointed that it was still noisy. I didn't do the top half of the rear firewall or front firewall (Ute) just the floor and up to...
3m trim paint you can buy it from any paint supplier to the car industry there will be one or more close to a few panel shops

Go to autobarn if they don't have it they can mix it and they can mix into spray cans also I think a standard can was like 30$ last time I needed some.. Cheaper if they don't need to mix it also
I would've thought an exhaust specialist should be able to weld that with a mig for not too much, (my local bloke charges $65 an hour). Even a good solid weld on one side should be pretty strong.
My 3rd entry.
'Birdfence'
Zebra finches are a reliable indicator of water nearby. In this case a dripping tap close to the cyclone fence at a Barkly Highway rest area.

Pretty neat I thought when I took the pics last year.
I leave the outlet hose off the filter housing to prime, and stick a cup under the fitting to catch the fuel and air bubbles that will come out , once its ok then I fit the hose back on and a half...
