Engineer will not cerify coils as it exceeds the axel load allowed by Nissan ..

I Have a GVM upgrade by Peders to 3.45T and need to go to 3.9T (I'm grosly over weight)
It seems the Leaf spring rear axel allows that (both OME and Peders have kits)
So this means...

also the rollers may have a flat spot which is now else where.
I had no drama removing or replacing my king pin bearing cariers as I supported the axel on stands removed...

Just removed the shims from my 2010 Patrol
no shake for the first 60,000km
But fitted new tyres and it started, put the old rims and tyres back on and still there?

Quick warning if you tighten the screw on the steering box make sure the wheels are straight ahead or you will find it jams when returning to straight ahead

Just increasing the boost only increases air flow which will reduce smoke and give a cleaner burn but not much more.
You need a free flowing exhaust and more fuel to go with the increased air flow...
Ther is no way to increase the light load boost as that is a function of exhaust gas flow.
However the boost at full load and higher gas flows can be controlled by a variable restrictor.

Light load should be around 3 to 5 psi full load and say over 2,000 rpm then 8 to 10 psi
