No Smoke indicates it is most likely not Piston related, but more fuel system / crank sensor / turbo not boosting
Check that the Turbo is operating, as the vacuum hoses can split or fall...

How many k's has it done?
Dis-connect the battery for 1/2hr to re set the ECU
