Best thing you can do next is to buy yourself a Scan Gauge, that way you can monitor
whats happening under the bonnet and re set any error codes that may pop up.
Best bit of kit for any CRD motor

I take it you replaced it with a fully tigged and tested unit?
Check/or replace your vacuum hoses maybe they are perished
and leaking,
Time to look up the "how to" maf voltage mod. Then say bye bye to limp mode.
looks OE,,,, any little bit of extra air has to help.
Winner winner lol
Looks good mate. A step up from the OEM scoop thats for sure.
IMO a pipe alone will see a little gain but combined with a chip you'll really feel the difference.
Another mod I highly recommend you look into is a Autron Cruise Control,
mine holds speed up...
I think you will find your boost levels are at the top end for the CRD's. If anything I would ever so slightly screw in the needle valve just to raise your cruise boost another psi or two. But thats...

AFAIK none of the OBD11 tools work on the Di's.
The Di's have the OBD11 plug but they aren't a fully OBD11 compliant system.
Scangauge certainly doesn't work.
I know that ECUtalk does but not...
Disconnect the switch wire to the gauge and then see if the blower still runs.
one is a mechanical thing being the dawes the other electrical so I cant see how both are related.
Dis connect the battery for 1/2 an hour and see how you go
Look here for some info

The GQ TD42 had the fuel filter in the left had corner adjacent to the bonnet hinge basically. I have retro fitted a high mount turbo and the fuel filter is still there.
Haven't had any issues with...
Under the bonnet is the only place. Are you getting rid of the OEM fuel filter? If not I would put if before the OEM filter maybe as those filters are cheaper to replace than the OEM ones. Exactly...
