nope, once i found where it had to go it was really easy to fit. the 2 bolts for the shim to go behind, and the bolt against the block on the little exhaust-y thing needed loosening so that i could pull it out enough to slide the shim in. the shim slides in from the back.

Hi, I am told you rebuild GU door hinges ? Any chance I can get a changeover one? Drivers door. How do you organise it. I cant really take hinge off and leave it off while it gets fixed. How much for both ? Or each.
