  1. G'day all, I recently picked up an 11/2004 GU IV 3.0-DDTi ST-L Wagon with 208k on the clock.
    Mechanic has given the drivetrain a clean bill of health and the ZD30 is running well, not even producing any smoke on startup after sitting for a couple of days.
    In process of bullet proofing with; HPD Intercooler, Transcooler, Catch Can, 3" Airbox Mod, 3" Stainless Exhaust, High Tensile Exhaust Manifold Studs, Tillix Boost Controller, Redarc Boost, EGT & Oil Temp + Dual Battery Voltage & Current Gauges and an Engine Saver Low Coolant Alarm. Once that's done I'll begin the hopefully not too slow process of kitting it out to a bit of offroad touring. You may have noticed the one item (possibly more) missing from this list of bits which will lead me into my first thread.

Auto 09/2004 GU IV 3.0-DDTi ST-L Wagon.
Relocated to FNQ 2003 from down South.
Had an early 70's FJ40 swb dual fuel Petrol/LPG for a couple of years late 80's early 90's for exploring the Brindabella ranges.
Now have my first diesel so will be plundering the forums to educate myself.
