  1. nope, once i found where it had to go it was really easy to fit. the 2 bolts for the shim to go behind, and the bolt against the block on the little exhaust-y thing needed loosening so that i could pull it out enough to slide the shim in. the shim slides in from the back.
  2. Hi Jonathon, when you fitted the EGR shim to your CRD, did you have any problems?
    I sent the same part to a bloke in QLD and he had to modify it to fit his 2010 CRD.
    Maybe he put it in the wrong spot? or I have sent him one for the DI oooops!
