    Just sent you an email can you please read and respond?
    I have the money back in my account but now have an issue transferring it across as my mobile doesn't work at all here. Netbank sends me a confirmation code for all transfers that I need to enter to finalise the transfer as a security feature but only my prepaid works here.
    I'll try ringing them but need you to confirm the bank detail please
