Moving up to Karratha soon so was wondering what the best brand of tyres would be
for the conditions up there?

Hey Desky

Welcome to the forum. I'm happy running with my Kumho Road Venture AT - LT 235/85/R16, with split rims.

ATM, I'm doing about 99% bitumen driving. Minimum road noise, no wobbles. They've only done about 4,000k's

I love 'em. Driving a 2005, ex Telstra 4.2 TDi, ute with a pod on the back.

I'm down south near Stirling Ranges (Gnowangerup, Borden) No 4 x 4 tracks around here, that I know of.
Plenty of gravel roads. I just stick it in H4 on gravel and bewdiful.

Can't wait to test my tyres in the mud, coz a certain GQ owner has my name embossed on his snatch strap! lolol

Welcome Desky, enjoy the forum mate, sorry but I don't know what the terrain up there is like but it all depends on what sort of driving you plan to do as to what tyres you get.
