Intermittent wiper

The intermittent wiper on an 05 4.2 TD, only works on the slowest setting on mater where the it is set, like 13 sec. Does any one know how to fix this. Looked for relays but have no wiring diagram. Any help would be great. Have heard there is a relay but not sure where it is.
