I have an SD33 non turbo and it sounds a bit accelerated, the throttle body valve its just at is perfect position just how it should be so as the injection pump shutter. Now I did went ahead and turn around the throttle body which cause on of the governor hose to run shorter, instead of going back around the engine into the injection pump it goes directly over the valve cover into the injection pump.

Would that have something to do because of the distance or it shouldn´t matter?

Help please.

I wouldn't think that would matter much as long as it seals correctly.

Check for things like vacuum leaks perished hoses & the likes.

Also check your throttle cable adjustment both peddle & hand throttle.

There's a start for ya anyway.

If it's idling too high, there is a grub screw on the throttle body, screw it out a few turns, idle ajustment is done at the throttle body butterfly, not at the injector pump.
Make sure you have a good gasket under the throttle body.

Sure mate he throttle body gasket was just change and the butterfly valve screw its where it should be, it actually wont unscrew any more because its where its suppose to be, as far as I know there is no vacuum leak any where but either way its not a big deal.

Thanks guys.
