Nah mate... leafy or coily they are both Y60's and both GQ's

Y60 and GQ is the same thing effectively. Y60 is the Nissan designation for that model and GQ is the Australian version

hehe...I think it's about right what the evil twin is posting...here in Norway we "only" have MK160, long and short, usually with super roof, very few with low roof. I don't know why. And then we have a few 260...but they're rare! Quite a few long and short Y60, and than Y61, usually LWB.

So yea, I think GQ is mainly for you australian mates!

and 160 series is MQ/MK and 61 is all the G60's as we know them.

GR is used in (some) European countries and can be either the Y60/GQ or the Y61/GU. To know which of those 2 it is, you also need to know the year it was built; Y60/GQ was built up to late 1997, after which the Y61/GU came.

Of course you can also tell which one it is by how it looks; the Y61 generally has more roundings and wider headlights.
