What engine?
If it's a 4.5 petrol it will be in the exhaust manifold.
If you're referring to the MAF (Mass Air Flow sensor) it's on the air filter top housing.

I have GU II Turbo Diesel model 2000
I have not got any info about sensors in my Patrol and in that case I'm not sure if it has Oxygen sensor at all.
