hey everyone. looking at buying my first 4wd so looking for some helpful info. have spotted a 99 dx patrol for $18000. all standard except steel bar and wheels. has done 390000 kms. is that too many? will get a check done by a mechanic but just want to know opinions. also is there much difference between the turbo and non turbo version. will be mainly used for general driving around with weekend trips. thanks in advance guys

Maybe a tad steep on the price. Petrol of diesel? Both will run for ever, but personally i think thats too many kms for a 12 year old car. My first GQ was 21 years old and only had 250.
Not much diff between non turbo an turbo, apart from the obvious. (a little quicker)
choice is yours, but thats my 2 cents.

x2 I think you'd be able to find a better deal: lower kms and price. A mate just got a 98 st (standard, great clean condition) for $13500 with 220 000 on the clock. He got it from NT and had it shipped here to tas for around $800
