Tantalizing your 12V tastebuds

This is my 12V set up in the pod of my ex Telstra ute. It was all part of the 'deal' when I bought my truck.

The catch on the left of the picture is an 'alarm'. If I leave either of the the pod doors open or don't turn the outside door handle to the closed position, there's a high pitched alarm that goes off its face in the cab which compliments a big bright illuminating yellow light.

Not sure. I'll drain the tank and refill it. It has separate hot/cold taps. I'll post a proper photo in the next day or so.

Love the set up. I needed a spare part, so I rang South OZ and the guy was really helpful.

He told me it takes about 20 mins for the water to heat up. I thought it was like instantaneous gas and was wondering why it wasn't working. Doh

The water gets really hot and will very easily burn a child's and possibly an adult's hand, so all caution to be exercised.

I am in the process of going through & redoing my second electrical system & was looking at something like this but without the hot water so thanks Rossco for giving me some direction.
