Can anyone identify my cruise control from the picture below?

I don't think it's factory (2003 ST-L) as it doesn't match the details in the owners manual, but I have no idea which after-market model it is.

Currently it does nothing, so I need to find a wiring diagram to work through the possible faults. To get a wiring diagram, I need to know who made it...

Haven't seen that type of cruise before, so I can't help there, but I would suggest taking it to a car audio store or auto elec. I deal will Autron cruise controls and they require a programmer / Diagnostic tool to service them - if you'd call it that. Failing that, jump under the dash and try to find a module. Trace all the wiring and check for obvious faults (broken wires).

Usually when a cruise stops working, its either a faulty module (burnt out, dry solder joints, etc), or it fails to get a VSS signal. Also check the brake and clutch switches. On vehicles without drive by wire, it maybe the throttle actuator.
